14. Cancellations

If you have booked a vehicle but subsequently find that you wish to cancel all or part of your booking, a cancellation fee will be payable according to the Price List. If the vehicle is subsequently used by another member during the canceled period, this portion of the cancellation fee will be waived. Cancellations after the booked period has begun (& NO SHOWS) are subject to a subscribed charge.
