23. Insurance

CAN is responsible for ensuring that all Co-op Vehicles carry full comprehensive insurance, including liability insurance. The insurance conditions are available for your inspection and can be read at CAN's office. If you are involved in an accident and a claim is made against you or CAN, settlement of that claim will be at the discretion of CAN or its insurer.
