29. Suspension if Payments in Arrears

The Board may also suspend your right to drive if you default in paying any amount owing to CAN. This can be done, without notice, one week after a second reminder is sent to you by regular mail. The suspension remains in effect until such time as you have paid any amounts owing, including any interest accrued.
